We know all coaches vary in their strategies and perspectives on the their sport. We also know that each sport is unique in both the movements and energy systems involved. In our coaches workshop, we collaborate with the coaching staff of a specific team, aiming to learn their game strategy and current strength and conditioning plan. Together, we build an optimal physical preparation strategy to avoid injuries, while also increasing efficiency and specificity. As a team, we build the optimal preparatory routine to protect against injury and increase performance. The routine is meant to act as a warm up before practices, games, and workouts and also as a strength maintenance program that the athletes can conduct on their days off. By working together, we will increase the safety and performance of your athletes.
